Luke Howard Taylor, MBA

After studying Theoretical Physics at Imperial College, Luke joined Sceptre in 2005 and became a shareholder in 2006. He co-managed the Sceptre UK Fund with Chris Broadhurst until 2009. Luke subsequently joined Longview Partners, where he became a Partner in 2012 and was part of a small team managing peak assets of $32bn. He remained at Longview until 2021. Between 2021-2025 Luke focused on the management of Howard Taylor Investments, a family investment company. He brings more than 20 years of experience in fundamental investment management, portfolio construction and equity investing.

Murat Gunc, CFA

Murat has dual degrees in Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering from Boğaziçi University, completed in 2004, and an MSc in Operational Research from the London School of Economics, completed in 2005. He joined Longview Partners in 2005, where he spent 15 years as Principal Quantitative Analyst before joining the Investment Team as Research Data Analytics Lead. He remained at Longview until 2026, developing quantitative research, investment systems and data-driven analytical frameworks to support fundamental equity investment. Murat brings more than 20 years of experience spanning quantitative research, investment analytics and systematic investment systems. Outside of work, he is an avid chess player and holds a rating of over 2000 on Chess.com, placing him among the top 0.2% of players on the platform.
